Tourna Ink

Stupid question, but how do you use the Tourna Ink thing? I shake it and then dab but nothing comes out. I tried squishing the white thing with my fingers hoping that this would draw the ink but still nothing, I popped open the top black thing off and there was ink and a spring, so definitely not supposed to take anything off. But can't get any ink to flow to the felt/tip thing.

Shake vigorously (with the screwcap on). Remove cap. Place upside down on string to be stenciled. Rub. Usually works for me. Ocassionally I have to squeeze the container just a bit just to help the ink flow get started.

Ah... you have to press the felt until ink starts pouring out, I wasn't pushing it in hard enough.
