Djokovic, Nadal, Foginini and Halep all seem to extend the index finger on their non-dominate (top) hand on their 2 HBH while Murray does not. I do not and use more of Murray hammer grip with the index finger tucked in. The trigger grip is more like a forehand grip where almost everyone extends the index finger a bit.
What do you use and what are pros and cons?
I ask because I am thinking of moving to slight trigger to see if it gives me a little more control of the racket head and allows the racket head to drop a little lower for topspin.
