We checked with Tecnifibre USA, who provided this information: "Tecnifibre X-One Biphase 18 Natural is only available in the USA. We have developed a loyal following for both the X-One Biphase 18 and NRG2 18 for the USA Market. Tecnifibre X-One Biphase 17 and 16 Red will be available to the USA in January 2007, but Tecnifibre has not planned to offer the X-One Biphase 18 Red for International or USA."
