Ugghhh....somebody name me some good backup (harddrive) software...

Ugghh...so my external storage drive, yeah, the one with all my videos, downloads, pictures, documents, etc., etc., decided to bite the dust today. There was no hint at all that it was going, just the "clicky" noise of death and then attempts to spin up and fail. I know I could set up a RAID configuration to mirror drives but I'd like to just use some backup software that only adds added files after the initial copy. Any ideas or suggestions? Of course I'd prefer freeware but if there isn't any good ones out there I'll (obviously) have to buy something.

I just plug in a USB drive and duplicate everything I consider important. Of course it really depends on how many GBs of info you have to back up if this simple solution would suffice for you.

RAID using mirroring or backup constantly on DVD's
