so do you think having no spectators might help who? the "next gen players"? maybe theyll feel less pressure and less overwhelmed with no people on court...
djokovic? he wont get any boos this year but he seems pretty decent at using crowd energy so maybe it might be easier to beat djokovic with no crowd?
i think its a good thing for kyrgios that he isnt playing.. with no crowd hes probably like whats the point?...

what about serena at the USO with no crowd and no linespeople... - nobody to yell or scream at...
but with 6 of the top 8 WTA players out, its still her tournament to lose isnt it?
she might even be better focused without all the hoopla going on

That guy was a breath of fresh air last year. A good sense of humor and an interesting game.

I actually think the crowd helped to pull him along a bit in the final. The energy in Ashe was intense at points and I think it may have energized him.

The fans at the us open are trash. Non american players wont miss them at all. The drunks intentionally make noises and interrupt play to favor the american.
