Vantage Racquets

Hi Martin,

I've sent an e-mail to the Dutch Vantage office inquiring about the demo program and this is what they said:

----
----

Summary in English: they do not send out demo frames, but organise so-called fitting sessions to analyse your game, after which they will advise you about frames and strings

does anyone else thinks vantage grip size is about half size larger?
I compare it to Head TK82s.

No, a grip size is a size, it could feel different due to it being a different shape but a 4 and 3/8th will measure 4 and 3/8ths of an inch.
Do you have the correct grip shape to go close tot he wilson shaped grip you have on there? That would feel different enough to account for you thinking it was a different size. Plus the beauty of Angell is that you can choose a grip shape for your frame.
Measure the pallet or check the number stamp on it to make sure it is the size you think it is.

I have dunlop pallets on my vantage so they should be close enough. Both head and vantage racquets have the same grip installed by myself and the circumference difference is about 1.5mm (1/16th of an inch) which I think is half grip size difference.

I made my Vantage grips the exact size and shape I wanted by sanding them. It takes a little time, but the pallets are quite easy to sand.
