Vapor 9.5 vs Barricade Boost 2016 Sizing

I wore down my Vapors, and I was eyeing the 2016 Barricade Boosts. Is there any size difference? I'm an 11 in Vapors.

The 2016 Barricade will be narrow at the forefoot so I recommend sizing up a half size from what you feel comfortable in vapors (size 11.5) if your feet are wide (it might not help).

For me I definitely felt a size difference. While the forefoot width in the Vapor 9.5 can adjust, the Barricades don't budge much. I went 0.5 size down for the Vapors for a lockdown fit, while the Barricades were true to size. Try a size 11.5 if your Vapors fit snug. Your mileage may vary, since the Barricades have a rigid and static fit to them.

I'm a size 10 in both adidas barricade 2015/2016/2017 and nike 9.5 vapors. I also have wide feet.

May I know the approx width in cm? I always wear Vapor 9.5 since 2014 . I consider the shoe that is more durable next time for single play .. I spotted Adidas 2017 barricade that some people say it is narrower than Vapor 9.5.

My beef on Vapor 9.5 was not the outsole durability , mine lasts much longer than the people talk here but the glue on the plastic side frame and the upper stitches near the first eyelet of shoelace started to give ..

I also have wide feet ( about 10.5 cm ) and wear US size 8.5 for Vapor 9.5 .

Now I will say the boost 2017 is definitely wider than the boost 2016. 2017 also needed a longer break-in period, for me.

The 2017 barricade boost is slight more narrow.

My feet is 12cm wide and my Vapor 9.5 size 12 did not fit nicely. The plastic part put pressure on my bunion. For Barricade 2015 size 12.5, there are no pressure point, but bit too snug overall and tiring my feet.

If a feet have measurement of 28cm long and 12cm wide, is it considered 2E or 4E?

I agree with a lot of the other guys here. I wear a 9 in vapors. It adapts very well to my feet. The barricades are a 9.5 for me and they don't fit as nicely as the vapors.

I'm wearing a 12.5 in both. I have medium width forefoot and very narrow rest of the foot.

I feel like the boost is bigger than the normal barricade.
