Volkl PB10 - pop and spin?

Been reading a bit about the Volkl PowerBridge 10 on these forums - seems interesting. What's the power of this compared to say the Yonex RDS002 Tour (or the Pro Kennex Ki5) which I play with regularly. The 002 Tour is very stable and has great plough through but I get a bit tired with it after a few sets and my shoulder starts aching. I also don't get the killer topspin with the 002 Tour that I can with other racquets (but those are usually much lighter and I then lose the stability that I need for volleys). The PK Ki5 is a reasonable all round racquet - soft on arm and bit easier to swing than 002T - but not outstanding in any one area. So where does the Volkl PB10 sit in comparison to these two? I'm looking for something stable, reasonable pop, easy to generate headspeed for spin and comfortable on the arm. (Does the 18x20 string pattern take anything away from spin production?).

Cant help you with the Yonnie but have hit the Ki5 and PB10.

The PB10 is less powerful than the Ki5. It's definitely a make your own power racquet, but is definitely comfortable, and VERY spinny for a 18mains frame, and is very controllable. I would say more spinny for most than the Ki5. The PB10 is faster than the Ki5. The ki5 is a very nice frame...good at everything.

Thanks - how much less powerful is the PB10 than the PK Ki5? Just a bit or significantly so? If just a bit it sounds as if the PB10 may be worth trying for me. I'm also toying with the Volkl C10 Pro (I hit with this years ago and loved the feel, but thought the ball died a bit when hit off centre). Is the PB10 a slightly stiffer version of the C10?

I got to try the PB10 out for a week. Firm, but comfortable. Decent pop, but you will need to generate your own. The best word for me to describe it is solid. I feel its a worthy alternative to someone looking at a Prestige MidPlus or Aerogel 200.

Is it relatively easy to generate a whippy sort of topspin with the PB10? I feel I have to work hard to do this with the RDS002 Tour.
