Warranty Shoes Sent To The Wrong Address? What to Do?

Hi TW,

I just sent in my shoes to TW for warranty replacement. I included a note asking them to be sent to my current/updated address. Unfortunately, TW sent my shoes to my old address (the one that was on the original receipt of the shoe order). I called TW customer service 06/08 when I was sent out the shipment notification email, and gave them the new address again.

I just got another email from UPS (right now) saying that the shoes are still being sent to my old address. To update the address with UPS, they will charge me a fee. Is there some way to get it redirected to me without fees?

Thank you for the email and sorry for the issues. I am having one of our best in customer service, Mark Boone, look into this morning. He is going to try to get to the bottom of the issue and make it right this morning. Thank you for your patience and for shopping with Tennis Warehouse.

EDIT: We contacted UPS and it was redirected to the correct address yesterday afternoon so UPS may not have updated the information right away. It should be delivering to the correct address this afternoon.
