Incredible performance from Wawrinka. He beat the best player (Djokovic 2.1) in the world, one of the greatest clay court players ever, who was on the most incredible run for a very long time.

He lost the first set, but beat the iron man in three straight sets and he also proved to all of the doubters that he truly deserved to win that title at the Australian Open.

Djokovic has had an incredible run and should have no shame. Even Sampras never took this title as great as he was. Djokovic will have more chances.

Excellent, dramatic final. The greatest win of Wawrinka's career.
