West Coast broadcast of Wimbledon

Can anyone here explain what happens with Grand Slam tennis coverage on the West Coast?

The East Coast broadcast has 11.5 hours of live coverage e.g. this is the Wimbledon schedule for today Monday, June 28

6:30am - 10:00am EST Wimbledon (M/W): Early rounds ESPN2 [Live]
10:00am - 1:00pm EST Wimbledon (M/W): Early rounds NBC [Live]
1:00pm - 6:00pm EST Wimbledon (M/W): Early rounds ESPN2 [Live]

Nothing is allowed to interfere with NBC broadcasting the Today Show on the West Coast, so tennis was delayed until 10:00-1:00 PST.

Tuning ESPN2 on Direct TV between 10:00-1:00 PST showed a blank screen and the message "Program not available in your area. Check Program Guide for alternate Programming." The Guide shows no alternatives.

The coverage (as of 1:30pm PST has been:

3:30am - 7:00am PST Wimbledon (M/W): Early rounds ESPN2 [Live]
10:00am - 1:00pm PST Wimbledon (M/W): Early rounds NBC [Live]
1:00pm - ?:00pm PST Wimbledon (M/W): Early rounds ESPN2 [????]

ESPN2 is supposed to be Live but currently being broadcast is the Serena/Sharapova match that ended on NBC before 1:00.

a) Does this mean the West Coast loses 3 hours of 7:00-10:00 PST coverage today and other days this week?

b) If not, where were/are the hours of 7:00-10:00 PST coverage broadcast?

c) Where do the afternoon hours of live ESPN2 coverage go? Are they another casualty of time zone foolery?

Thanks

P.S. Web viewing is not an alternative, my boss is less than understanding about not getting work done in the office. The only time we can watch the tennis is time-shifted from the DVR, that's knowing how the broadcast actually works will be helpful.
