Maybe inquire about interest in racketball and put in some courts that can also double as a hitting wall for tennis.
Also, no matter how much the usta gives you, dont put those stupid lines for mini tennis on the courts.

I live near Sport and Health ‘Regency’ in McLean VA and last time I was there, they had a full-size functional “Prince’s Court” where you could play as it was originally designed.
For a high-end club, the snob appeal of this feature is basically unmatched. Want to set yourself apart from the public courts, this is the best way.
The one in Regency is apparently the only one built in the 20th century. The one in NYC apparently won’t even allow its courts to be photographed.

The worlds leading infectious disease expert Dr Fauci says mass gatherings of thousands across the country are inherently unsafe as there will be no social distancing, not to mention the rioting and looting.
Mass gatherings are also absolutely non-essential. All of this should be obvious, even to you.
Reopening the economy, OTOH, is absolutely essential as people need to earn living. It also involves businesses taking special care to distance and reduce risk of spread; just the opposite of your mass gatherings.
We are at that exciting reopening phase now.

No. You fail to understand that Dr Fauci's role is strictly limited to that of an infectious disease expert. That is his place. He has deemed that these mass gatherings are unsafe. They should not be happening.
The leader of the free world is free to walk anywhere he wishes. Unlike the mass gatherings, his demonstration did not result in spread of the virus.
It resulted in a historic dramatic emotional photo that has inspired millions around the world!

If I were going to this tennis academy, I see if you can use a famous top 20 player tour player to use as an endorser to your academy and have him/her show up 2-3 times the first year. Then make sure your membership costs in factored in to cover his huge endorsement. If not possible, then get a just retired off the tour player to do this and pay that person less.

I think what you want to achieve is a tennis experience that is inviting to new and existing tennis fans and perhaps other members of the community. Don’t forget as tennis people on this forum we want to grow the game and compete with other recreational activities.
I would do a research study on the future of tennis and the future of community behaviour in your area. One area that I would focus on is the health, well being as longevity of Tennis participants. I think currently around the world we have a lot of hard courts everywhere both on the pro tour and in public facilities and I think it’s time we look at developing better surfaces for body safety.

if the task is to make it a business, then one should as well account for maintenance and try to forecast future cash flows, to see what makes sense and what doesn't

gr8 idea, man. tennisworld in north ryde, 1 of biggest tennis club in syd, converted 3 or 4 tennis courts into pickles w/ very nice/fancy glass walls which look like huge fish tanks n business' booming. more n more ppl go there to have parties/functions/etcetc. well flavored pickles might be able to save the tennis clubs
