It just doesn't seem profitable.
maybe also add on a area in the pro shop for stringers to string racketshey y’all,
so i’ve been lucky enough to be handed a tennis facility and land to build and develop a tennis academy. we have space for 12 courts and a clubhouse.
if you were going to a tennis club what amenities would you want available. keep in mind this is in an upper class/upper middle class area. so we are trying to take a comfortable luxurious route.
He believes in the liberal hoax known as “The Environment”
AgreedA life size sureshs statue in Bronze, preferably in Gold if budget is not an issue.
One other thought, have a wall or walls that loners can hit on, if possible.
Sad sad sad.and counting
And masks they have are to protect from bad breath????These thousands obviously believe covid is a hoax.
And masks they have are to protect from bad breath????
You are a lunatic to talk that way after 110k people died.
How are they going to make those pens from recycled water bottles if we don't drink bottled water?Disregard Soureshs silly prohibition on selling bottled water. That is straight out of the Greta handbook on how to make everybody's lives more miserable and inconvenient.
If the customers want plastic bottled water it must be provided to them. For crying out loud.
Provide recycling bins and everyone is happy.
Don't worry, i hate having extra lines on the court. I would rather tape down a court for redball than have the lines permanently on the courts.Maybe inquire about interest in racketball and put in some courts that can also double as a hitting wall for tennis.
Also, no matter how much the usta gives you, dont put those stupid lines for mini tennis on the courts.
as a former stringer, this will be at the front of my mind. odds are i string until i teach someone to do it well enough.maybe also add on a area in the pro shop for stringers to string rackets
George Floyd’s protests should be postponed until a covid vaccine is available to all.Social distancing must still be practiced and they are failing to do it. While we are trying to slow the spread you are encouraging recklessness and contagion with these gatherings of thousands.
Get informed. Listen to the top expert in the world Dr Fauci.
As I sat in front of the TV and watched the screen go from theWashington, D.C., to New York City, to Los Angeles, to Philadelphia, I got really concerned,” Fauci told the Sunday Times of London. “I was going, ‘Oh my goodness. I hope this doesn’t set us back a lot.’ [After] all of the work in trying to maintain the physical distance and doing all the things, I became very concerned that we might see a resurgence."While some in the massive crowds have worn masks, others haven’t -- and no one is social distancing, he said.Dr. Fauci says George Floyd protests provide ‘perfect recipe’ for new coronavirus surges
Recent protests across the U.S. over the death of George Floyd could lead to new surges in coronavirus cases, Dr. Anthony Fauci warned Friday.www.foxnews.com

Sad sad sad.
Most was preventable if this orangutan did not parade around with his empty minded crap and “hoax” speeches...
I thought your 'beloved leader' put Dr Fauci in a tiny box and buried him under the South Lawn as an existential threat to the economy?
@JoelDali Surimages paintings are a must.
I have already ordered a dozen for my exclusive club in South American tropiks.
Tell me more about this fine establishment.a dozen lean models like those of sabootashs tennis academy to attract social tennisers keep coming in..........................
... confused once again. Let us clear up ... confusion.
Tell me more about this fine establishment.
Dr Fauci needs to communicate directly with the police if they are confused and your 'beloved leaders' need to ensure that they keep the peace legally.
These mass gatherings are extremely contagious as Dr Fauci points out. They should not be happening at all during a pandemic. Protest in a different way...
And it is not Dr Fauci's job to communicate with the police!
Even your 'beloved leader' took to the streets and staged a demonstration in Lafayette Square during the pandemic, so maybe Dr Fauci needs to make himself heard in the White House.
No. You fail to understand that Dr Fauci's role is strictly limited to that of an infectious disease expert. That is his place. He has deemed that these mass gatherings are unsafe. They should not be happening.
The leader of the free world is free to walk anywhere he wishes. Unlike the mass gatherings, his demonstration did not result in spread of the virus.
It resulted in a historic dramatic emotional photo that has inspired millions around the world!
Social distancing must still be practiced and they are failing to do it. While we are trying to slow the spread you are encouraging recklessness and contagion with these gatherings of thousands.

If I were going to this tennis academy, I see if you can use a famous top 20 player tour player to use as an endorser to your academy and have him/her show up 2-3 times the first year. Then make sure your membership costs in factored in to cover his huge endorsement. If not possible, then get a just retired off the tour player to do this and pay that person less.
Well it depends on how much money you have to spend. I think what you want to achieve is a tennis experience that is inviting to new and existing tennis fans and perhaps other members of the community. Don’t forget as tennis people on this forum we want to grow the game and compete with other recreational activities.
I would do a research study on the future of tennis and the future of community behaviour in your area. One area that I would focus on is the health, well being as longevity of Tennis participants. I think currently around the world we have a lot of hard courts everywhere both on the pro tour and in public facilities and I think it’s time we look at developing better surfaces for body safety.
ok niceas a former stringer, this will be at the front of my mind. odds are i string until i teach someone to do it well enough.
A place that specializes for holding parties, award presentations and other social functions that will have food, refrigerator and cooking(a microwave, running water, trash). Might have a trophy wall and mantle too.
How about Churches that orangutan "proudly" reopened a few weeks ago? Is that business essential (not for his re-election, but in general)?Oh dear it seems you are confused yet again. Let us clear up your confusion.
The worlds leading infectious disease expert Dr Fauci says mass gatherings of thousands across the country are inherently unsafe as there will be no social distancing, not to mention the rioting and looting.
Mass gatherings are also absolutely non-essential. All of this should be obvious, even to you.
Reopening the economy, OTOH, is absolutely essential as people need to earn living. It also involves businesses taking special care to distance and reduce risk of spread; just the opposite of your mass gatherings.
We are at that exciting reopening phase now.
We thank Dr Fauci for his service.

2 out of 50...shows a lotAnd they deliberately hold hands to prove that the virus won't harm them or to deny its existence. Good thing the Supreme Court turned down appeals from both Illinois and California by these idiots.
2 out of 50...shows a lot
Make sure all courts have Pickleball lines marked over them and Pickleball lessons are offered every day. Tennis players love courts with confusing Pickleball lines on them.
Coming to think of it, make it a Pickleball facility instead of a tennis one.
I would have two benches for each player, one for the bag and one for the person. I have seen so many fist fights over tennis bags being on a bench.
