Lindt milk chocolate. Gifted by a friend who came from Texas.

Tastes like white chocolate :(

Somehow have to tell her that we are dark chocolate lovers.

Btw, Fried chicken wings, yams, ear of corn, collards with smoked turkey, cornbread, & kool-aid. Saving dessert till after a nap. Mothers Day treat

ps Discovered a plate of deviled eggs, hidden in the fridge.

Made penne pasta with a tomato and mint sauce.
Fresh mint leaves.
The mint made it delicious.

We are having mint leaves in tea, and mint in just about everything. Ordered 100 gms of mint leaves a few days back and got a large packet. We are using it quite liberally :D

Been eating a lot of breadfruit these days - lovely gifts from my lovely aunt.

It can be eaten raw when ripe enough (tastes like potato x jackfruit  but not quite). Distinctive, subtle, pleasant aroma as well and can be cooked to almost anything, from savoury dishes to snacks and desserts.

I simply baked them tonight (not my photo):

Very cute looking tree. Flower and essential oil also smell extremely pleasant - sweet but not too sweet - I don't know how to describe it. Just try it some day if you're a scent lover.

I haven't heard about breadfruit nor taste it. The flower is quite exotic.

Where can I buy coconut cream cheese?

No idea. You may want to try buy it online. I make it myself - it's very easy actually. In fact I drink/eat some kind of coconut almost every single day. Simply my huge favourite and so versatile. Just love everything coconut. :)

You can try this or this recipe. Personally I prefer fresh coconut / make my own refridged coconut milk and use lime instead of lemon.

Yummy!

It’s not that unusual - quite common actually in quite many regions. I hadn't eaten it for quite some time before this time though, such a shame. My aunt is a vegetarian so we talked quite a lot about plant foods and plant-based recipes - naturally breadfruit was mentioned then the wonderful gift was sent to me about 10 days after she left, in quite a special way! No flowers though but I'll be visiting Malaysia and some nearby islands soon so I'm sure I'll have plenty of chances to admire and do something with the flowers then. :)

Breadfruit (Artocarpus altilis) is a species of flowering tree in the mulberry and jackfruitfamily (Moraceae) originating in the South Pacific and eventually spreading to the rest of Oceania.[2] British and French navigators introduced a few Polynesian seedless varieties to Caribbean islands during the late 18th century, and today it is grown in some 90 countries throughout South and Southeast Asia, the Pacific Ocean, the Caribbean, Central America and Africa.[3] Its name is derived from the texture of the moderately ripe fruit when cooked, similar to freshly baked bread and having a potato-like flavor.[3][4]

According to DNA fingerprinting studies, breadfruit has its origins in the region of Oceaniafrom New Guinea through the Indo-Malayan Archipelago to western Micronesia.[5] The trees have been widely planted in tropical regions elsewhere, including lowland Central America, northern South America, and the Caribbean.[2][3] In addition to the fruit serving as a staple food in many cultures, the trees' light, sturdy timber has been used for outriggers, ships and houses in the tropics.

The $9 cheese stuffed crust pizza at little ceasors was much better than expected. Very heavy pizza on a pretty thin crust.

@MichaelNadal They are ready made for pick up from 4-8pm, no wait, just pay. Try one out, you will be impressed. I put down like 2-3 slices, eat the crust.

It really looks like this, they are premade so you dont get lucky from time to time with the cheese when they like you.
