Do you mean "nougat" ?

Just found this while looking up details of nougat.

This is the German version of nougat: chocolate and nuts ground nicely. The image brings tears to my eyes.

The while version has egg white and honey. And there's a brown/dark version too.

Just munched an apple and remembered that I need to toast another batch of almonds.
Off I go.
Nothing as delicious as sprinkling some toasted almonds (crushed) on yogurt.

Last night, I had a cup of chocolate chip icecream and put a teaspoon of peanut butter over it :D

Had a cup of Peanut butter/chocolate fudge ice creme last night.
Ice creme sandwich for lunch.

30 yrs ago weighed 135-140# Today, 190. Underweight, struggling,
only to get to the grocers. Just bought a box of Bit o Honey, six pack of Honey grahams, and a box of Boston Baked Beans. And the store has only been open 20 minutes.

That's the forager pizza with mushrooms, kale, ricotta etc. The other two had prawn and pesto pizza (the 2nd pic) that had dried grape tomatoes, kale and feta etc. I had a slice of that. As to my tuna bowl, it's not meat but fish - tuna fish. And yes, it was raw tossed in some herbs and sesame oil, seeds etc. I could have had pizza too but I wouldn't have been able to finish the whole pizza and also, I've gone gluten-free as it gives me more energy.

I am now convinced that any high quality fish that is eaten raw should be eaten with chopsticks. There is something sublime in the way the tender flesh reacts to their touch and the resulting appreciation of looking at its colour while manoeuvring it. I also don't like the taste of raw fish when touching the metal. A wood, horn or even plastic is much better, IMO.

I did eat with a fork. There's no chopsticks because it wasn't a Japanese or Chinese restaurant. Just your typical Canadian one.

It was however served with a spoon so you could have scooped it with other ingredients without touching the metal I suppose.

Soaked a cup of peanuts yesterday. Will dehydrate them today and make a batch of indian style peanut-brittle with jaggery tomorrow.

1/2 lb double, fries, peach tea and a frosty. Finishing up now

The fuze peach tea is very good btw, just got done playing and dr pepper has too much sugar

KFC 6 buffalo wings, buffalo sandwich (off the menu) and lrg dr pepper. $7.50

Their buffalo sauce isnt bad at all, has some spice

Idk how you pulled that off, bc I went to KFC a few days ago and JUST for the 6 wings it was $7 I was like they can stay right there for that price :D
