What do you call this backhand grip?

The way I grip my one handed backhand is a hammer grip (all knuckles in a straight line on the racket) where the base of all the knuckles are on the left edge of the top (1st) bevel. I'm a righty. Is this called an eastern, extreme eastern, semi western, or western backhand grip? So confused!!

Thanks in advance!!

If the base of your index finger is on bevel 4 then it would be an extreme eastern which is what I think you are describing.

HOWEVER, since you say you're using a hammer grip and all of your knuckles are aligned on that bevel then it's not really an extreme eastern. I guess you could call it a modified extreme eastern but your grip just sounds crazy uncomfortable and possibly damaging to your wrist. I don't see how you can keep a relaxed grip on the handle to generate pace with the grip you're describing.

This is how a natural/orthodox extreme eastern looks like.

According to the labeling on the above picture I'm saying that the bases of all my knuckles are over the EDGE in between the flat surface of the top bevel and the flat surface of bevel 4.

In other words, slightly counterclockwise of the flat surface of the top bevel, and slightly clockwise of the flat surface of bevel 4. On that edge in between them.

What is that grip called?

I use exactly the same one for my forehand.

Look at the article. The grips listed there are all the "official" grips. What you're using would be an eastern towards extreme eastern. Usually called things like modified eastern, depending on the person.

The thing is that even people that use those in between grips still let the rest of their hand fall naturally on the racket. Having your knuckles aligned all the way down the grip seems like it would put stress on the wrist when making contact. Maybe others that use similar grips can chime in but just sitting here trying it, it seems very awkward.
