What do you do?

So when I switch to the PDR, I'm going to get two to start with. For those of you who have 2-3 racquets what do you do when not using one of them? If i string them both at same time, should I rotate playing them every time or stick to one racquet and break it, then use the other one?

1. Use main one and leave other only for back up.
2. Rotate them every time you play.

2. rotate them. no reason to wear both sets of strings out at the same time...

It's best to use one until strings break/feel dead/lose tension, and then take that one to get strung while you play with your backup.

^^As above. No reason to wear down both string by rotating and then have both break when you need them.

Rotate or hesitate

If you get both racquets strung at the same time with the same string, there are two ways you can look at it.

1) Rotate the racquets to maintain the same feel and wear. Both racquets will feel about the same as you play and will wear evenly.

2) Play with one and store the other till needed. This is not a bad plan if you want to make sure your strings will not break on you during a match. The bad part about this is that even without playing the stored racquet is losing tension (how much is dependent on the string used). So if you think you will be playing with a fresh new racquet with tight strings, no sir. The strings will be just a little tighter than the racquet you have been using (depending on string). What you do have is a racquet with no string wear, so less chance of breakage.

Good luck in what ever you decide; enjoy.
