that's how Mauremso made 3 semis + won the 2006 Wimbledon beating Henin in the finals so imo it's a good choice since they get along really well and Mauresmo was top notch at the net

All of her 11th hour Band-Aid training with Mauresmo will not erase her poor hands, a natrual aversion to the net game, or her thick skull. She tried to fix her serve, and that did not produce a slam win. Now, she's older, and still has no answers for certain women who have A, B and C games--especially in the slams against her.

Dementieva is clearly desperate to add something she avoided like the plague throughout her entire career.

I really feel for Dementieva's fans. She is really the player who has been so often on the verge of winning a Slam without achieving it. It must be a torture for her fans. Being a top player and a real contender for so many years without doing it is terrible.

Now that Elena is retired she can do more meaningful things instead of always choking matches in the semi's and finals of grand slams. She will be missed but she will always have thats stigma of losing tight matches in the semi's and finals, she had the talent to win but never the drive, oh well, thank god she retired. She had a great bod though, her thighs made me drool relentlessly, now that I will miss dearly.
