what happened to these players

did u ever wonder what happened to certain players that u thought would one day rise to become a top 20 even top 10 player and never really filled out your expectations? i could name a couple

shenay perry- she got to the 4th round of wimbledon in 2006 and got to a carrer high of 40 , i thought she could be the next big thing in american womens tennis she had a tremendous serve and great volleys ,she had a lot of right knee trouble and hasnt been the same since , recently saw her play in WTT and she looked good but its sad to say i dont see a comeback in the near future

jamea jackson- really solid american tennis player ,had a lot of potential to do well , underwent hip sugery at the end of 2006 which was somewhat of her breakthrough season her ranking dropped tio the low 500's in 2007 she was extremely fit and got a lot of balls back
