check out the tenniswarehouse product description->specs.
There you will find the skipped holes and the tension range.

You may run into a problem stringing that racket the mains skip 7&9T and tie off at 6T. So when you finish stringing the mains you have two strings blocking hole 7T. If you want help maybe you should create a post in the stringing forum. Don't want to go overboard here.

Your stringing options are 1 piece bottom up, 1 piece ATW, 2 piece bottom up, or two piece top down. The best method 2 piece top down is the one that presents the problem.

I know you start at throat, but what is the range and which holes do you skip

please help 16 by 19

just saw your posts. skip 7 and 9 at both top and bottom. due to the skips, there are lots of blocked holes on both sides of the throat. i don't start my crosses at the throat. i either string it 2 pc top down or ATW 1 pc.

not sure about the tension range since i like mine w/ poly around 48. i've strung as high as 54 in the past with no issues.

the TC95s are available in both 18/20 and 16/19.

That is true but if it were an 18 main racket it would not skip 7&9 and may or may not start in the throat. Te one pictured in the link I provided with 8 grommets looks like a 16 main racket though.

Mad dog1 many rackets skip 7&9 (or 8&10) and don't have that problem. The problem arises when the tie off goes past the skipped holes.

i believe the racquet in the linked pic was an 18x20...

irvin, i was only referring to the tc95 not some other sticks since this is specifically what the op was asking about. since i own a bunch of these sticks (tc95) i know what i'm talking about.

Angell's TC95 can be strung from top down or from bottom up in two piece configuration. There are blocked holes where two strings cover T7 holes. The best way to deal with these is to use polyester as the cross string, cut the string to as sharp a point as possible and push it through the T7 hole between the two blocking strings using a needle nose pliers. Alternatively, with a softer cross string use and awl to hold the two blocking strings apart, feeding the cross string through 7T while withdrawing the awl slowly. It takes a bit of practice but the Angell is not the only frame where this situation is encountered.
