Looks kind of like an old Pro Staff 6.0 95, white butt cap and all, with a head insert off a newer frame. It would help to ask Wilson about the part number that's on the white sticker on the cellophane.

I have heard that Wilson made a model called the "Pete Sampras Autograph", and I have heard thomas martinez or Gaines saying that that was the forerunner for the PS 6.0 95. I also think that model is the Pete Sampras Autograph.

thats not the autograph...i had one once...and it was a nice frame...more of a black frame

This is indeed the autograph, I have one of these but in a grey/black PJ. They came in red/black, blue/black per above and grey/black. They are essentially just 6.0 95s
