What setup for my RDX MP & PS 6.0 95

I have got two new Rackets and want to know what the best setup is for me???

I am an ex badminton player 26 years old with great foot work, power and touch. I need to work on tennis technique and spin. I want my PS 6.0 95 to have control, accuracy and feel. My RDX 500 to have huge spin and control.

I never snap strings.

Currently my PS 6.0 has Tecnifibre Polyspin in the mains and PSGD in the cross.

RDX has huge thick white Alpha USA strings in the main and cross.

So far from the searches I have done it looks like NXT (which one???) or OG sheep or Xone Biphase are a go for the PS 95.

For RDX500 MP I think a full Poly or yonex 850 would be good.

Lastly I need to restring my Hammer 6.2 original Skunk any ideas for that one???

But what string, what thickness and what tension??

rdx500 mp go full poly... pro redcode, poly plasma, banger whatever... it will have good spin... btw

I use Wilson Reaction 16 in my 6.0 95 @ 62 lbs (mid-range plus 2). It's one of the best racquet-string combos I've ever come across. Reaction provides a slightly firmer stringbed, which allows excellent feel for the ball to come through the 80 graphite/20 kevlar frame. Very good control and nice pop, too.

I know BreakPoint really likes OG Sheep in his 6.0 95. I've played with NXT and Biphase in other frames, and my guess is that they'd be fine in this one -- but perhaps a little soft compared with Reaction (unless you bump up the tension).

String options for PS 6.0 95

If you’re thinking about NXT, you might like to spend the extra $5 and get K-Gut Pro. At mid-tension, I've had a hard time telling the difference from VS natural gut. Crisp, absolute control and comfortably arm friendly.

If you prefer to stay with NXT, others may probably suggest either the Tour or Max versions.
