Congrats to Djokovic for winning his 4th Grand Slam in the last 5 Grand Slams. Awesome achievement! What will follow is anyone's guess, but below is the historical precedent...

Rod Laver (after 1969 US Open) - doesn't play the next 2 Grand Slams, loses 4th Round, 4th Round, 3rd Round at his next three Grand Slams.

Pete Sampras (after 1994 Wimbledon)- loses 4th Round, Final, 1st Round at his next 3 Grand Slams

Roger Federer (after 2007 US Open) - loses semifinal, final, final at his next 3 Grand Slams

Rafael Nadal - (after 2011 French Open) - loses Final, Final, Final at his next 3 Grand Slams
