When your neighbor buys a Lamborghini?

I live in a modest condo unit in the city. Mostly small 1-bedroom units with lake view. Parking underneath in garage. Trolls live under the nearby freeway underpass, and car prowlers target our garage at least once a month.

Guy with the parking spot behind me and orthogonal to mine keeps switching cars. When he goes big and buys a large truck, there’s not much room for me to back out. I have to be careful to back out at an angle.

Brand new car switch often.

This time he went with a shiny black Lambo. I’ve seen him a few times. He usually wears muscle shirts, and sometimes has his Insta influencer blond gal with him.

The car doesn’t seem to fit the scene. I’m concerned my wife, who’s not the best maneuverer in garages, will back out carelessly and scratch it. What should I do?

Challenge him to a 0-60 drag race. Loser has to sell his vehicle and replace it with a moped.
One one rule. Both vehicles must tow a 20,000 lbs trailer during the race.

Before the race, trade your car in for a 2023 Ford F-250 Super Duty truck.

I'm thinking you can for her so she can drive straight out, but if logistics prevent that, then a car with automatic parking would help.
What does she do now if she needs to parallel park?
She would never attempt to parallel park unless I’m there to do it for her.. She would rather pay an extra $20 to park in a garage.

I live in what I would describe as a Toyota/Honda neighborhood.
The park where I walk my dog was wet from a heavy rain, so I diverted my walk down
the sidewalks letting the dog choose her way. Maybe 1,000 feet from my house in
one driveway I saw a Lamborghini sports car, a Mercedes sedan, a Porsche SUV, and a Ford pickup.
The value of the 4, I estimate as more than the home, itself.

Hey, i didn't know you lived close by!

But please don't mention the Ford Pickup publically. That's a poor relative visiting us who believes in buying American. Very embarrassing.

Isn’t it weird to live in a big city and drive a car when traffic is so bad? Cars are OK at the country mansion, mountain lodge and lake house on the weekends. Just go around in a helicopter in the city like normal people.
Helicopters are one of the most dangerous modes of transportation.

A pogo stick might be safer.

Call Hank Schrader and ask your neighbour if he is a Chemistry teacher.

Cars are about 8-10 times more dangerous than helicopters.

You just read about every plane or helicopter crash while no one reports on car accidents because they are so common.

Car accidents are more common only because there are so many idiots behind the wheel.

Being a helicopter pilot has stricter requirements. Maybe not quite as strict as being a London Uber driver, but close.

The three cars belonged to visitors, and the Ford owner was the plumber who was repairing the toilet.

Compared to all cars being driven, yes. Helicopters are safer statistically, but much worse than airlines.
I wonder what the accident rate is for Lamborghinis vs say, a Tesla.

Update.
Saw him in the elevator today. He’s very thoroughly tattooed on both extra-developed arms.

Doesn’t come across as the athlete type. More like the kid that got bullied in high school for being the runt and then decided get on the juice as an adult to bulk up and get revenge on the world.

But seemed friendly today.

He is on a juice fast.

Or is he wanting to go fast because he is juicing?

A Yellow Lamborghini, Gangs and a Vendetta: The Downfall of the "Number One Builder on Earth"

Toplace director Jean Nassif says he'll fix dodgy Sydney buildings if police drop warrant

The estranged wife of fugitive property developer Jean Nassif says she was humiliated and distressed when her famous yellow Lamborghini was repossessed while she shopped at Coles supermarket.

Nassif's wife said she and her three kids were left stranded at a suburban shopping centre when the infamous $480,000 Lamborghini was repossessed.

It was seized from the carpark at the Rhodes shopping centre in Sydney's inner west as part of an effort by administrators to recoup Nassif's assets to pay back creditors.

'I was in Coles at Rhodes shopping centre...we go back to where I parked it, and it’s gone,' she told the Daily Telegraph.

'The kids were crying and trying to help me find it. I called security and they checked the cameras (in the carpark) and could see a guy taking it.'

Toplace administrators dVT have acknowledged they repossessed the vehicle and have since sold it to raise funds for creditors.
