Where to place the lead tape on handle of LM Radical OS

My LM Radical OS is too head heavy for me, would like to change it to
-10 from standard -3. How is the lead best applied to get best effect
from this racquet ( under butcap or along sides of handle, all the way
along, or wrapped like the grip with thin foil?) I am used to playing with
330-340 gram rackets with -10 , hence the thought of weight.
Will this weight change and the -10 affect the swingweight or will that remain the same? Would not want to reduce same at all.
Would my proposed change possibly ruin the the possibility of using
this racquet for all court game ?
Your thoughts would be appreciated, thanks.

you can increase swing weight by adding weight in the handle and at 12 oclock on the head. Just add more weight at the handle to make it more head light

The easiest way to make your stick less head heavy.

1. Anything added above the 3 inch mark from the handle butt is going to add to your swing weight. To get the greatist effect using the smallest amount of lead would be to put the weight at the end of the handle.

It sounds like you want the stick to be just a tad head heavy or maybe even balanced.

I'm guessing your Raquet is 27 inches long. To make it 2 pts head heavy just put a mark at 13 3/4 from the handle. Then set the racquet on a 1/2 inch dowel at that point. Since you are 10 pts head heavy the head should go down. Just add lead on top of the stick at the end of the handle. Go buy a bunch of sinkers of various sizes at your local fishing supply store.

Keep adding wt until it balances at the point 13 3/4 from the butt end. Now that you have figured out how much weight is needed you need to mount it.

You can simply wrap lead tape around the butt end of the handle. Its hard to put overgrip on as it will not stick to the lead. I did it this way and use a overgrip that pulls over the handle. Well first I wrapped around 28 inches of 1/2 lead tape around the handle (just under a 1/2 oz) then I took white medical tape and covered the lead with it. It will stick to the lead. Then I used the pull over grip.
Tournagrip makes the pull over type as well as the normal wrap it your self type.

Or you can unwrap the factory leather pull out 4 staples that hold the butt cap on and put the lead in the handle. Either way will work.

Will it change the swing weight? Adding enough to the end of the handle will make the stick swing like a lighter racquet. That is as long as you grip it a little above the very end of the stick.

You will mostly notice you will be able to get the head moving sooner and faster than before. Is this a good thing? depends on what you are use to. It should help on serves and probably net.
