Who are the most under/overrated players with 2020 EOY rankings?

Thanks to ThingThatMustNotBeNamed, we have this multi-year ranking system at the moment

Here are the players I think are severely underrated or overrated

Underrated:
Pospisil -> Currently World No. 61 -> But has wins against Medvedev, RBA, Raonic, Felix, Hurkacz, Goffin, Struff, Millman, Gasquet this year -> Deserves to be in top 20 imo
Humbert -> Currently World No. 30 -> Wins against Medvedev, Tsitsipas, Fognini, Kyrgios, Shapo, Paire, PCB, Ruud, de Minaur, Cilic, Isner -> Hopefully can crack the top 10 next year

Overrated:
Felix -> World No. 21 -> one semi in a 250 tournament after ThingThatMustNotBeNamed happened, early exits in other tourneys -> Sadly, just a top 40er imo based on this year's performance
Paire -> World No. 28 -> 1 win, 6 losses after ThingThatMustNotBeNamed happened -> Sadly, just a top 150er imo based on this year's performance

Who do you think are underrated/overrated based on 2020 performances, or just in general?

Underrated Dan Evan's - consumate competitor who has made the most of the talents he was endowed with. Ranked 32 but got as high as 28 in the year. Good wins against Goffin, De Minaur, Rublev x 2, Kachanov, Bublik, Fognini and Dimitrov. And I really like that filthy slice he's got.

I'd suggest that the first 2 spots are granted for life to Djokodal, and a coin flip would decide who shall take #1 and who shall be settled with #2, perhaps on a weekly basis.
Everyone else can then compete for the #3 position and below under normal, 52 weeks ranking.

Another contender for underrated or perhaps one of the best improvers would be Ugo Humbert currently ranked 30 after starting the year at 57.

Won 2 titles, Auckland and Antwerp with a win/loss of 24-12.

Had some good wins in the season against the likes of Cilic, Tsitsipas, Ruud, De Minaur, PCB, Medvedev, Fognini, Anderson, Berretini, Kyrgios, Isner, Shapovalov. None of those guys are mugs with Tsitsi and Med top tenners.

Has the potential to raise French hopes and break top 20 next year.

I can't tell now if Humbert will be able to make it to the big stage, but he is definitely the type of player that I like to watch.

I think Humbert will peak in the top 10. Skeptical he'll break into the top 5, though.
Top 5 would be a big ask for him and I'd wager he'd take a top10 place. Saying that - this will also depend on how the others around him in the top30 develop or diminish.

Felix would actually be higher in the rankings if not for the unique rankings adjustments. Around 14th, I believe. So it's hard to say that he's overrated at 21.

I agree that Pospisil is the most underrated player by ranking in the world. I'm excluding Kyrgios because his misleadingly low ranking is by his own doing.

Berrettini is the most overrated. Guy did nothing of note this year.

Monfils could be slightly overrated too. Did nothing after tennis resumed.

good point, he played well before ThingThatMustNotBeNamed, but not so well after that

Even after the return, he made one final, one semifinal, and the 4th round of a slam. I'd say that's about in line with his current ranking.

Granted, though, the lows (clay season, "Cincinnati", and Paris Bercy) were quite low. I'd agree that he had a disappointing year on the whole.
