Just curious, how do you go from Edberg to Agassi to Nadal? Not criticizing just trying to understand?

Edberg - classy, serve & volley, attacking, fun to watch, variety.
Agassi - baseline, great hand eye, take the ball on the rise, and ....
Nadal - baseline, great athlete, competitor, and .....

I started watching tennis in the 90's, but I have old videos of matches from the 70's-80's thanks to papa Blur. In general, I tend to gravitate to the speedy never say die counter punchers since that's how I've always played. With that said, here's my favorite players.

70's - Borg, Connors

80's - I'm more of a fan of tennis in general as there were so many great players, but no one particularly stood out to me. Wilander fits the bill, but I'm rather indifferent to him.

90's Chang, Muster, Bruguera, Agassi (when he gave a crap), 60's Weed

00's - The Nadal (favorite player of all Tim), Hewitt, Ferrer, Roddick (American and press conferences)

2010's- Same as above, but now includes Timmy (even though he's an idiot when it comes to scheduling his events) and the DeMon with the Uncle Rico stache.

so you like the two handed backhand huh? There are some ugly backhands among those players you listed.

2020s: My guess is it's going to be Djokovic and Medvedev, but plenty of time for someone else to show up.
