Who is more talented - Kyrgios or Fognini?

Both frequently described as talented, both are mentally unstable, but who is more talented? I think Fabio - He has magical hands and relaxed powerful and fluid groundstrokes, and entertaining game. If he was one foot taller like Kyrgios, he would be in another category. What do you think?

Fognini. Kyrgios has better serve, maybe better hands. Fabio is better at every other stroke, and has better movement, footwork...

Serve is the shot that requires the least talent because it is all in your control and its the only thing Nick does better than Fabio. Fabio is uber talented and even has far better touch and variety than Nick.
