Wide Toe Box, Deep Heel Cradle shoes

Any recommendations on a shoe that is wide in toe box but has "deeper" heel area. I am using heel pads (achiles/heel problems) and it lifts my heel up (provides needed cushioning) but then I feel like there is not enough support around the shoe cuff/ankle ...

Currently on a last pair of Adidas Adizero Ubersonic 3, few hours of play left in them :(

They fit my foot so well - so basically what shoe is closest to Adidas Adizero Ubersonic 3 ?

Different shoe, not as wide in a toe box ... Heel is also lower/less volume ...

Thank you for suggestion, that was my first (and obvious) thought but ... no cigar, much less volume in toe box ! I am walking my dog in those ;)

This might also have to do with Adidas being all over the place with their shoe sizing/fit ...

Still have a new pr. of Uber3 size 12M. Will not play for the 3rd yr. till August after a rotator cuff tear. Covid 2020, nets down till September, Stroke last yr. played only 8 times.

Maybe also the new barricades?
I feel like a lot of adidas shoes are going slightly wider(roomier) to find that perfect balance between D and E width, without actually producing both.
I play the Uber 2 for hardcourt and have 3 new pairs in the closet.

SCB is wider than the Uber3 IMHO. Both are great on clay. Really have little wear from yr to yr. No indoor play on HC.

I’m really liking the SoleCourt Boost for the wide and tall forefoot. I’d recommend it but also confess it’s pretty poor at locking in your heel. Heel cuppage seems OK, just not over the top.

Have a few pairs I'm trying to unload. What size are you?

HEAD Revolt Pro 4.0

HEAD sprint EVO 2.0 has a wide toe box and a regular heel. Head Revolt pro 4.0 is wide allover. For extra ankle support it helps to get an extra pair of lace inlets made under the last one so you can thread your laces more firmly.

current lotto raptor Hyperpulse. Very deep heel, and a fit more generous than most.

K-Swiss Hypercourt Supreme (need a short break in period out of the box, more heel support)

K-Swiss Hypercourt Express 2.0 (more comfortable out of the box, less heel support)

I wouldn't suggest these for someone who has plantar fasciitis issues. For whatever reason, either the foam on K-Swiss shoes wears out quickly or they just don't support the heel in such a way as to prevent pf, they've been terrible for my heel pain issues...regardless of insole brand used (I've tried SuperFeet and TrendLabs in them). Went back to the Barricades and they've been much better though they aren't as wide as the K-Swiss. However, they have been wide enough and wider than the Barricade 7's.

Thanks @JGads

ordered, received and tried Lotto Raptor Hyperpulse 100 ...

I should turn this over to this thread

One thing worth noting/down side ... very heavy shoe !!!

Heel is where it's at in this shoe, followed by cushioning and arch support ... bit sharp narrow toe point (sorry, not pro to talk shoes ... ) but hopefully with some break in it gets more comfortable for my foot ... very strong padding at the cuff ... feels solid ... and heavy !
423g/465g

However, the way that this shoe feels on the foot "out of the box" tells me to give it a try ...

good looking shoe ;) !!!

Well,

I just wore my new US11.5/EU45 pair tonight for about 80 minutes without any break-in. They feel lighter than my beloved Rush Pro 2.5 2019 models but are actually 18 grams heavier*.

I love my Mirage 100 SPDs; the Hyperpulse is different but equally great if my first day is a sign of things to come.

/Acey

*–with insoles out of both—best way to compare shoe weights since the insoles can vary greatly and many of us pull them anyway and use our favorite sport insole.

Lotto Raptor Hyperpulse users, what's the length? I have only used Asics for the past several years. I am an 11 in Resolutions but size up to an 11.5 in Speed's due to the more narrow fit. Where would I fit in with the Raptor? Thanks.

We're you also 11 in the RES 6?
