i looked for lendl-wilander from USO and found it. what year is this? i'm thinking 1988??
anyway, my motivation for watching this was to get some nostalgia watching tony trabert and pat summerall and that old USO broadcast feeling, which i loved (just something that popped in my mind today).
anyway, this tennis is absolutely sensational............ has modern men's tennis lost something with the racquets getting much more powerful but the players at most have got incrementally faster. some of these rallies are amazing (and i like them better than fed/hewitt amazing point from indian wells. and those points are pretty rare these days, even though fed/hewitt was unbelievable point in today's game).
we should start something where a different person posts a favorite youtube.com video each week......... what do you think??
