Will the Nike Breathe Cage Shoes Replace the Breathe 3s

Hi,

I was wondering of the Nike Breathe Cage shoes will replace the Breathe 3's. I have a foot that's hard to find shoes for and the Breathe 3's fit me well, I wanted to know if Nike will keep making the Breathe 3's or if I should stock up?

Also, if the Breathe 3's are being replaced, any chance that they will go on sale?

The Nike Breathe Cage shoes are the newest shoe in the Nike Breathe line, they are not a replacement for the Breathe 3's. At this point in time, there are no plans to discontinue or replace the Breathe 3's. If Nike chooses to discontinue a certain color, then we will determine at that point in time if we will put that shoe on sale. One more question. What's the main difference between the two shoes?

The Cage is more like the Breathe Free II in design, except it has a wider opening for easier entry (through the uni-tongue design) and the fit felt a tad more generous. The Cage has Nike's new XDR outsole which they state is their most durable yet. We have not had a chance to playtest the shoes yet for a more detailed description.
