Will the paint come off when I take my lead tape off?

I want to put some lead tape on my Surges and I wanted to know if I decided I didnt like the lead tape and took it off, would it take the paint off? Or leave a sticky residue?

it won't take the paint off, but might leave a sticky residue. Just take a damp papertowl and clean it off.

I have the Dunlop Adrenalin Surge and the lead tape did take off the paint. I actually use electrical tape and tape the lead tape in place w/o taking the backing of the lead tape off. Can I ask you a question? Do you have any elbow or shoulder problems with the Surge racquet? It aggravates my golfers eblow. Some people commented that this racquet is not a safe elbow & shoulder racquet. Let me know?

I don't know if the paint will come off, but if you are left with sticky residue use a little rubbing alcohol.
