Hi Folks, want to share my disappointment about Wilson KTour Black/Gold Super 6 Pack Bag. :-?

After using a Wilson Pro Staff bag for two years I decided to upgrade and after doing my research in Wilson's catalogue decided to go for KTour Black/Gold Super 6 Pack Bag that in picture looks really great.

Yesterday I received mine, as always the TW’s service were a five star caliber, on time, good package and so on... ;) but you had to see my face when I saw the bag  , the first impression was that the bag was lighter than any other even those 3 racquets Wilson’s bags.

After further looks, I couldn’t be more disappointed of the low-quality material, it is extremely thin and weak, only to mention that the 3 racquets’ weigh were too much to be worried If I will able to carry many things inside (let’s say 3 racquets, a pair of shoes, towel, etc., don’t be panic I could carry the water in my hands).

Later I compared with my previous bag and those racquets’s cover you generally receive for free, and believe me they are stronger and have more quality than this bag.

I only hope this bag lasts till my next birthdays that is in Oct

Didn't see it. I think is a different line, at least are more expensive, because of that probably better than the one I got,

Hey dude, I have the same bag, but in red and black...and boy, don't we both share the same feeling. It's ultra thin all-aroud. Other than the padding on both sides of the bag, everything else is pretty much covered by 2 thin layers of nylon sheets. I certainly wouldn't have my frames in this bag, and just throw it into my trunk.

The K Pro Tour seems to be much better built than the K Tour, much more padding and weights a lot more.

i agree with all of you. i bought a Ktour red super six when they were around and it was awful i eventually got the green kpro tour bag and it was soooooo much better. loved it but now its pretty ripped up after a year. all my compartments on the inside have torn into each other.

i've actually thought about getting one of these bags: I currently have the red kPro Tour super six bag from '07 and '08. I've only had it since January and the thermal portion of the bag is beginning to fall apart and the moistureguard half of the bag can't even keep its shape!
im looking into either this bag or the Sampras Bag to purchase around Christmastime this year

Footnote: a nationally ranked player on my team used this bags predecessor from '07-'08, he stuffed with so much stuff that it looked too big and it still held up very well

That's the bag. I also have the entry level Pro Staff bag, and it's better built quality than K Tour...but not by much at all.

The K Pro Tour is a much better bag...

Hi Mike,

You are right that is the bag, to be more specific the non-pro review should include this issues:

Style = Goodlooking, don't look very close those letters Painted/stampend wouldn't survive under the sun for so long.

Size = 3 compartments, big enough "to carry" 6/9 racquets + few belongings or 6 frames + whatever you need, room isn't the problem.

Weight = Very light, that makes you worry about the strength of the bag; for instance if you compare with others 6 bag or even 3 bag this is one is ligther.

Material = Very thin, two layers of nylons in mostly of the bag.

Durability = Let me bet... couple of minutes in an airport's standar handling

Protection = Close to nothing.

Straps = Nice looking, wouldn't carry full loaded.

General Impression = hmmm, If you love strong materials and details this bag looks cheap. You will be afraid of trusting your frames and/or having bag at the end of the day.

So far I'll keep using my old Pro Staff bag, that is more "frame friendly", The Ktour bag will be conditioning as my cat's pillow
