Your choices are VERY limited given these frame have not been produced for decades. You have the usual suspects [and I found one for the PS 6.1 90 Tour]. Do your own search. If you have grommets falling apart, use FITTEX or tube the hole. You can do these repairs fairly easily unless you have 10 thumbs. If your bumper guard is also disintegrating, you can opt not to have one and use racquet protection tape and FITTEX tubes. If you are feeling rich, there's this place that says they can build you a grommet set for $1.00/hole. So a 16x18 = 34 x 2 = $68.00. If you're not feeling the love, search RAB for blank bumper guards. They require that you drill the holes to match your frame. And also require FITTEX tubes. You better be very handy before attempting this.
I would recommend you just retire the frames. Demo and find something you like. Buy several frames and get replacement grommet sets x n for each frame you get. I actually settled on PK 7G and they still make those grommets. I have multiple replacement sets just in case.
