After years of playing with Wilson racquets, starting with my first racquet - a Jack Kramer Autograph, I have finally made the switch to Babolat Pure Storm. Loved the ProStaff 6.1 until discontinued. Then the Roc, supposed to be the like the PS 6.1, then 6.1 95 promised to be the like the old PS 6.1. After 9 mos I finally said no more. Too heavy, no feel, dime size sweet spot. I am done, after 37 years with Wilson.

Love the lightweight, great feel of my new PS, the Pure Storm.

I actually came back to the Wilson ksix one 95 because its heavier, its feel, power and spin after years of light racquets. It reminds me of my old pro staff classics, but stiffer.

Actually I left Babolat for the Wilsons...that heft was challenging but felt good knowing I didn't have to windshield wipe my FH anymore.

after looking up pics of the 6.1 I realized we had one. I was luckily enough to find the pro staff 85 lying around in storage but I think the 6.1 may have been let go years ago.
phooey. but at least I'm digging the classic.
