I saw on the News this morning, the price of Tickets for the Mens Final has sky-rocketed!

Wimbledon Mens Final Tickets

Thought i'd sign up to get the opinions of true tennis fans, do you think that what happens to pop concerts and festivals is now going to affect Wimbledon? Or do you think the added interest is just because there is a good chance of a British finalist?

What will the tickets reach if Murray makes it through ?

Its like Wimbledon Tickets or New Car ? Crazy!

Probably were waiting for Murray match to finish, doubt they'll go for as much now, still crazy £2k + for some, and £5-6k for Hospitality Tickets??

Be dissapointed if they were bidding to see Murray.

You should be able to get them tonight on Ticketmaster at face value, i.e. £100 each (plus £5 admin charge).

Yes, they are. I already checked on Ticketmaster - have a look yourself.

Tickets for the semis were £92, and I bought those Thursday evening, so £100 sounds about right for the final.

Managed to get two straight away just now though Apparently the first day tickets sold out in 90 seconds, according to a lady from the Ticket Office. Seems it gets a little easier to get them as the tournament goes on, probably because they get more expensive.

The earlier you got in to get them the cheaper they would be I assume, that is unless by some miracle there are like 20 unsold tickets 5 mins before the match start and you rock up to the ticket box and ask for them.
