There are really so very many tours to list, it would be a gargantuan project to collect them all.

I tried some time ago to list all of Tilden's tours, on this page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Tilden_career_statistics#Professional_tours

Yet recently I found yet another tour that Tilden played, in 1951, meeting Pancho Gonzalez at least once: https://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/index.php?threads/pancho-gonzalez-career-stats.563013/#post-10828505

The world championship tours are the best-known of all tours and I had a thread about them: https://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/index.php?threads/world-series-of-tennis.548083/

We should also think of the importance of the Non-World Championship Tours also. Yes it is a gargantuan task but it would be worth it.
