Young Nadals Racquet Weight?

When did Nadal switch to a heavier racquet?
What was the unstrung weight of his racquet at 12,14,16 years? Did he really use that blue babolat prototype at a unstrung weight about of 280-300g?Is this possible?

I was always under the impression that he used heavy swingweight even when it was just 11.7 oz static weight due to polarized nature of his racquets.

Yea, SW in the 350's, then he gradually added more weight at the tip, so now it's 12oz and SW 370 or something like that

It is my understanding that he played the APDO stock until 2011 or 2012, when he added a few grams at 12 and handle to help him beat Djokovic (he been losing to him a lot around this time). He gradually added more and Tennisnerd has his spec at 340g 360SW with 12g under the bumper and 5g in the handle. Having tried this setup, it swings extremely fast.

No idea what his specs were with the Pure Drive, but I'd guess they were close to stock. There's no way he would have decreased SW when switching to the ADPO.
