she was very young at that time , i think Serena were 17 years old and played only doubles with Venus , but Venus were in the main singles draw

Jimmy Connors never used a T3000. His racquet was the T2000
Also Lendl used the Adidas GTX Pro and then the GTX Pro-T. Not that racquet
Thats not Chang's actual racquet he used a 4 stripe POG
McEnroe always had a black leather grip with dunlop in gold printed all over the grip. The Max 200G is not 600cm2
This are not the actual players racquets.

believe me
maybe the names of the frames are not correct its not always obvious with old rackets but thats is the actual players frames =)) from hand to hand , he got the photos of him with one of those players =)) So sorry you could believe what you want but i dont see any reasons him to lie . The actual owner of this shop have huge collection of players frames . Rafa Roddic Roger Novak Tsonga and etc the entire collection is about 40 frames some of them a from the same player . He actuality told me that the Rafa uses the 2.5 grip he take the grip N3 and then shave some bevels so its a little in between 2.5 something like that .

Definitely not Connor's or McEnroe's racquets I'm afraid.

If the correct models of the racquets were quoted as being the actual frames used by the players, it could be convincing, but these aren't even the correct models.

Connors never used the racquet shown and neither did Lendl.

Those frames for McEnroe, Jimbo and Ivan as said are not the players actual frames. Connors never played the T3000 nor did Lendl ever use the Pro-T, another issue is 200G shown is strung with a hybrid setup........McEnroe back then was 100% gut.

He was still using some 25year++ old sets of that stuff not too long ago!!! Common joke around the senior events and at a few legends matches (RG doubles with Patrick in 2012) he had stuff that had cobwebs on it (hahahahaha...kidding but almost) stringers were having a field day deciding who had the cajones to try and string the junk up.

I think he has a lifetime supply of BDE gut

I know the owner, he is the long-time pro stringer at Moscow Kremlin Cup and other tournaments in Moscow, His name is Victor Gromov.
He strung the racquets for many famous top tennis players, but most of the racquets mentioned here not the actual player's frames. May be only Cherkasov's Volkl. I can ask him (Andrey Cherkasov) this question.

Assume he has the correct specs but just could not get his hands on the exact frames.....

Yeah man! Cherkasov 's stick is the most interesting out of the bunch for me. That is a gorgeous volk t9 25 or 30? I wish they still made frames like that so cold warish so cool ..would love to know the rdc on that bad boy. Great post man .

Cherkasov is still using Volkl racquets, don't know the exact details, but Volkl ls provides him with free racquets , as well as his wife also. I can ask about his current sprcs.
Now he begins to test completely new racquet made especially for him by his specs. It is the new manufacturer from Taiwan called Prostar.

Today i asked the owner about those frames.
The all frames are correct except Connors ,its not his frames ,simply imitation . Jill Bred is his friend and those frames are from veteran legend tourney that take place in Moscow near 89 or so . So those players played with those frames after Atp tour .He said that Jon Mac changed his frames after this tourney so he didnt need this particular one .

head sizes seem off... T2000 has a 89.9 sq in head? Max 200g at 93 sq in? Did they include the frame or what?

So Connors's racket is really not Connors's? How about the specs? I think this was an interesting report about displayed info at some store in Moscow but I doubt the numbers. McEnroe stated in an interview that his frames were 372g. That's pretty precise. He didn't say "about 370".

Connors did not have a "set" set of specs on his frames.......he would add and remove lead tape depending on how he felt at the time..........in matches he would peel off tape as needed.

After stringing he would add a number of layers of tape around the hoop - I remember at the USO in 1977, 1976 and watching him peel off layers of lead in matches during changeovers.

McEnroe changed his frame at that time and by that time he didt play in ATP . So his frames might have different specs to what he used in a pro tour but he played with this frame at the event .

The frame pictured as being McEnroe's does not have a 600 sq cm head. That means that frame, in the picture. It is a Dunlop Max 200g and has a hitting area of 84 sq in, which is about 540 sq cm.
