Ha BHBH. Yep you're prob right. Reminds me of when my sone hurt his thumb his senior year of high school before football, basketball and then baseball seasons. Had it X-ray'd and and doc said rest for 2 weeks and you should be good to go. My son's response was but then I won't be able to play/start! He didn't rest it and it kept hurting all year. He'd come to me and say "it still hurts" to which I'd say your need to take time off and he'd repeat his I won't be able to play comment. After baseball in the summer prior to going to college he "rested" it and guess what - no more pain. So my answer is but "I won't play"! Deep down absolutely correct advice. Not playing this morning is my first step.
A little rod fits into a slot with knee replacement that does away with the need for PCLs and ACLs. And, you get a nice "metal on really hard plastic" instead of "bone on bone". Highly recommended.
