I plan to be in Palm Springs in March. I've been there a few times, and am happy to provide any information I can. Also if anyone will be there the entire month of March, I might be able to help you out finding accommodations (2 bedroom condo with tennis courts).

I'll be going to the tournament at least one day (hoping for two or three). Would love to grab a hit one day while I'm over there!
I'm 50/50 whether I'll make it this year. What day do you think you'll go, do you like doubles or singles and what level are you? If I'm not there, I could probably find you a hit.

Not 100% sure. Probably Friday/Saturday. I just like to play. I'm trying to get a small group of people to come with me. I'm 3.5~4.0

When is best time to get tickets? I will be there March 11-15. We like stadium 2 and 3 over stadium 1 but tickets on Paribas web site are sparse. Will more be released soon? So far I only bought tickets for Wed the 13th for stadium 2. Maybe if I wait till week or two before tournament there will be more selection?

I've been attending IW for the past two years with series tickets for stadium 1. Depending on which matches you want to see, you could just get a grounds pass and sit in the unreserved sections of stadium 2 and 3. We never buy stadium 2/3 seats, just try to take an open unreserved seat or sit in the top level. The reserved seats are more often in the shade though.

Say Chi Sin Lo,

Your best bet will be the JW Marriott in Palm Desert. They offer hard, clay and grass courts to use. I also believe you do not have to be a hotel guest to reserve a court.

Thanks,
Brittany, TW

I played recently on the grass courts at the JW Marriott. Great courts, just call 2 days in advance to reserve - no need to be a hotel guest.

I called and it looked like during the IW event, all morning court times were taken. Makes sense, since everyone wants to play early in the morning and then go watch the tennis.

Thank you for the heads up! Appreciate it, will try again next year.

All of the companies did a racquet demo there one year when I was there. Each company took a court and you rotated. I allowed me to play a bit on the grass and clay courts there.
