TTW worse than Twitter as seen from comments above. It was close, but TTW always wins in the end.

He is the person if you want to know ‘Anything is possible’ or ‘Nothing is impossible ‘

He inspired me to tell friends and family to get vaccinated and not listen to idiot sports star who push a false, dangerous narrative.
Djokovic is a good example to follow for overall well being, fitness and health. If everybody followed Djokovic's example, the world, including you, would be full of healthy and positive people...the way the nature intended human beings to be.

He is inspirational in some ways as he shows great mental toughness and shows that nothing is impossible, even if you are a little late blooming and in developing your game you can still make up the gap if you are really good and mentally tough.

Stan too has shown this.

Djokovic's plus points :

01. The way he responds to people against him by not backing off, plus he does not lose focus.
02. Despite underachieving a bit in his peak he has maintained fitness and has won the war of attrition and plays mindgames over next gen to keep those clowns in check.
03. Has always kept on learning new things, never resting on his laurels, maybe he cannot afford to rest with his goal of taking down the emperor and his fans, but at least there is a firm goal in life that he follows.

I'm a fan, but I don't know that he's inspired me, per se.
Early on...decades ago... in general, various tennis players inspired me to want to play (and play better), and people like Arthur Ashe inspired me with his intelligence and concern for bigger issues.
...
Per Novak, I always admired his ability to maintain a vision and focus of getting to the top (when seemingly stuck in third place behind Roger and Rafa) and then maintaining it. Along the way, I have admired his intelligence, ability to enjoy learning other languages and cultures, and what I think is an ability to grow, learn and to help others. Obviously, this is at times a bit undermined by some of his stances and outbursts of temper, yet despite these missteps, I see the overall good, along with the intelligence. His press conferences generally showcase his thoughtfulness, and usually, his graciousness.

Yes Novak's ability to learn new things and adapt is a plus point, plus the supreme fitness too.

Roger also has same traits I feel, he too can and has adapted, supreme fitness for his gen, but he is lagging Novak in physicality.

It is like no matter what Justin Gatlin does, he will never be as physically superior as Usain Bolt
It is like no matter what 90s footballers/early 00s footballers were, could never as physical beats as Christiano Ronaldo

It is just like being trapped on the wrong side of evolution with 6-7 years of birth year gap, but the traits r same.

Rafa on the other hand has not adapted enough, he is unable to develop a serve after 17-18 years on the tour ? Struggling a lot physically as well in the second decade of his career.

He has inspired me to go gluten-free vegan and then realize how awful that diet must be.

He has superhuman discipline and self belief, and is not simply a robot - he harnesses and uses negative emotion extremely well.

But in general no able-bodied athlete has ever inspired me, really. Look at the Paralympics if you want some true inspiration.

I agree only to a point.
Based on conventional wisdom, Rafa has been at/near the very top of men's tennis for 10 years longer than most thought he would.
We have seen him, at times, through the years, adopt a more aggressive style of play to shorten points and lengthen his career, all while battling various injuries.

They're all "freaks" in their insatiable drive to win/achieve.

And yes, i don't think - as much praise as Roger gets - that he is praised enough for his resilience and sheer desire. As wondrously talented as he is, you don't stay at/near the top that long without a lot of hard work as well.

I like the way Novak and Rafa respond when someone pisses them off, Rafa starts hitting with double power and anger :p

Novak increases his focus and takes calculated risks :p which obv pay off for him

Roger I donno how he reacts to this sort of situations, maybe no one disrespects him, so we never found out ?

Because Djokovic and Nadal fans are classy. That would be the only reason why.

Djokovic fans classy?
Many of the fans from serbia and nearby regions (at least the ones that I find on Fb) are just following Tennis because of Novak, they actually dont care about legacy of tennis or legends or anything, they just want Novak to get all the stats so that they can rub it on everyone, that is their attitude, most of them cannot be argued with either, it is a 1 way conversation, on facebook this is what nole fanclub mostly is.

Rafa fans also are among those people who boo Novak, it is not just Federer fanclub, even Rafa fanclub is not full of saints....

So why would you think Federer receives zero disrespect but Djokodal do?

there was a time when people didnt like federer or tiger woods …
