Multiple Gift Certificates

I received two gift certificates and I was wondering if I am able to use both for the same purchase. If so, how? Currently, whenever there is already a redeemed gift certificate in the cart, I cannot add another.

I was told by CSR that only 1 Gift card could be used at a time... and I had to place separate orders.

the CSR probably meant online only 1 gift certificate but Jason said if you call em up they will accomodate several gift certificates.

the rep I spoke to said I could only redeem 1 gift certificate per order online or over the phone.
(i got a $75 TW gift card present, but TW gives them out as a $50 and a $25 on 2 cards.. and I wanted to buy 1 pair of shoes... but I had to make 2 orders to use both cards.)
