My coach has often told me that I need to hold my tossing arm up longer when I serve. I just filmed a few quick serves in my backyard and realised that I am indeed dropping it much too early.
I know it sounds incredibly simple, which is why I feel like an idiot asking here - just hold it up longer, right? - but I'm really struggling with this. Any ideas?
