There is no prostaff 6.0 with an 18x20 string pattern...so it looks to me like the "club president" needs to be more careful

I am definitely in this club, MG prestige Mid and K Blade Tour, and gonna buy another same prestige model soon !!!!

I used to keep thinking about switching to open string pattern racquet to get more spin, but now that my swingpath and strokes have gone through an overnight revolution just a few days a go and seeing so much more spin on my groundstrokes, I am ready to commit myself to the close string racquet for the benefit of having more consistent response off the stringbed, thus more control and better string durability !!!

For me, not much of a difference at all. I was so worried about getting an more dense string pattern from the 16X19 arena. I hardly notice any change. But that's me.

I noticed a lot of you use the LM Radical and Prestige. Is the Radical LM a good racquet?

I love it. Great at everything. Surprisingly stable and good feel despite being on the lighter end of a player's racquet. BTW why and how did you change your username?

All thing equal an 18x20 will create more control while a 16x20 will create more power and spin.

Keep me on the list. Still getting to know my Volkl Tour 9 V-Engine (18x20), and generating massive spin is NOT a problem. Looking at the dark side of going back to 16x19 only because I want to see if there really is more spin to be found - spin is critical to my game, especially on the serve.

Currently 3x Volkl PB 10. GREAT stick but too stiff for me and I'm missing the MG mid, so back to it soon. Can't handle what the PB 10 is doing to my wrist. Bummer. It has it all.

Have you tried stringing the PB10 at low tension with a soft multi?

Tried hybrids and full multi at low tension (Pro Supex Maxim Touch 17) with no change. Interestingly, neither the K90 nor MG Prestige Mid hurt my wrist. I had the same issue several years back with the 6.0 95. Probably my technique, but if that's it I wonder why mids don't hurt....?
