Players' shoelaces: tight or loose

Just curious, what's the practice here, they keep them tight or loose (especially if they play on clay).

I find that if they are too tight they restrict the blood flow and cause you to become tired.

Well u dont go hog-wild and pull the laces till they simply wont go any further, u pull em tight enough to lock ur foot in place so that there is no slippage in the heel or midfoot areas.

Tight, Tight and tight. Especially the bottom couple of holes on the shoe. The tighter they are there the less likely for your foot to slide forward into the end of the shoe and create nail problems. They can get a little looser as you go up towards the ankle but not too much.

Based on a lot of these posts, it's obvious the practice is to wear a head-band that is too tight so that it cuts off blood flow to the brain.

And since when has pro rackets and gear become tips and help?

depends, If you looked at Monfils Ballistics when he played Ferrero his shoelaces were tied so tight that it brought each side of the ballistics together and you couldn't see the black shoelaces
