They are the ex-wife and offspring of the late Robert Kardashian who was a lawyer & friend of OJ Simpson. The ex-wife, Kris, a socialite, divorced Robert a few years before his death (2003) and married former Olympic athlete (Au medal for decathlon), Bruce Jenner. I believe that the 2 youngest girls on the show are actually the offspring on Bruce & Kris.

Mr Decathlon, Bruce Jenner, does seem to be the sanest, most down-to-earth person in this circus. Altho' he's been married a few times, he appears to be fairly stable guy. He probably offers some semblence of balance. I'd hate to imagine how much worse the Kardashians without his influence.

You are all wrong. Kim used to be friends with Paris. This is what got her noticed. When they had a falling out, she had enough stamina to keep going, only this time she made the club rounds with her sisters. The paparazzi loved this...three not bad looking women (when covered in makeup) was good enough for them to put them in magazines. They have no talent that I am aware of yet have their own reality show. Only in America.

You're pretty spot on there. Although a lot of times we just have a live cam showing an ice fishing hole when the reception doesn't hold on the two available channels.
CC, I am sure you are right as I know very little of this stuff on tv. However, I think it is funny you claim she had "stamina". This makes me laugh on several levels.

Your standards of what is good-looking are inexplicably high.
That's because when the big man upstairs made their breasts massive, he had to balance everything out and make their brains the size of a peanut (on a good day).
I saw about 4 minutes of one episode, and wanted to find whoever taught them to think so I could go smack him. These girls aren't that hot, and are some of the stupidest people I've ever heard of.

at least they donate to charity. most famous people do but the common person doesn't. Even paris hilton did a bit, although most of it is due to her grandpa, who earmarked 97 percent of his fortune to charity

Most people I know didnt start to pay attention to her till after the sex tape (Which she got 5mill for). Now she just dates athelets and breaks up with them to stay in the news. She was spotted kissing Christiano Ronaldoin April after breaking up with reggie bush the 2nd time. WOrld Cup was coming up so she had to date a soccer player. And what better way to get international fans than to start banging one of the best footballers in the world.

Yes, it's obvious that CC has a problem (a jealous problem?) with young, attractive women. Any time someone mentions a pretty woman in this forum, you can count on CC to fly into the thread and talk about "caked on" makeup, photoshopped pictures, and a lack of talent. You can set your watch to it.

You are a sad, misguided person to make that claim. On numerous occasions I have given names (and posted pictures) of celebrity women I think are beautiful. You may want to do some fact checking...I have never discussed photoshopped pictures...I think you are confusing my comments about airbrushing...there is a difference. I have always found fake, breast-augmented, rear-enhanced, nose jobed, silicon stuffed, botox laden women to be ridiculous. Maybe you like that and that is your business...there is a sale on blow-ups at Forever Single you may want to check out. I am very secure in myself and hardly take an intended insult by you seriously. Now off you go to insult some pros because that could never be construed as jealous behaviour. Or maybe what the forum needs is another post about "real men" or "fat chicks" from yet another banjo boy. Good grief.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I never said anything even remotely outrageous to warrant the response I received from another poster but I'm still waiting for even one person to point out an actual talent any of them possess to prove me wrong in my claim. I just love how male after male insults them and the second a female states her independent opinion she is labeled as jealous. Some people need to get a little perspective.

Maybe the british tv people could send you one Kerry KAtona, she was famous for being in a girl band, she couldnt sin, she left, the band without her got better and had hits.Somehow several years later the train wreck that is her life is still fueled by the press and she wont go away, despite bankrupcy, drugs, loosing her kids in custody battles she is everywhere.Who is it that buys the mags that promotes these people?

I don't think anyone buys it. I think it is propaganda sometimes. Propaganda has no dependence on the public's opinion, and it seems to fit the bill. However, I am more inclined to believe that they are rich people who are in a social circle that promotes those in the circle. I see it with local news and radio. They always compliment one another on each other's character and status in the community. The fitness industry is doing something similar. A lot of people peddling mediocre ideas with each other's back up to legitimize their place in the market. It is like friends, but with a financial interest.
