Guys who don't ever wear shirts when they play!

Have you ever noticed that guys who don't wear shirts are very often criminal sociopath/unstable types, that are secretly dirty underneath the tennis veneer? Bad calls. Too much testosterone for their own good. Too many fights. Fist fights/verbal abuse, female abuse. Too many passes at girls that are too young for them. Braggadocio. They mouth off about having beaten you? They think they are better than they are, and are insecure in their own alpha maleness? Too bad the women aren't allowed to do the same! Now I could deal with a mouthy topless woman out there, bragging about how she beat me, far more enjoyably, than a mouthy braggy man! Ha, ha.
For all you shirtless guys out there, I am on to you.

I used to play tennis with Ted Bundy and he never wore a shirt.

I always let him win. Seemed to make him happy.

I think you are getting excited (subconsciously of course). Hint: Sigmund Freud :D

I take my shirt off when it's hot.
I don't cheat.
Taking passes at ladies too young for me would be very hard, something along the lines of chasing 12 year olds, as I'm 15.

Might still hold true for adults though, I did see a shirtless dude cheating his dad on a line call in a social match. Loudest guy on the courts by far.

it's hard to play with a sweaty shirt holding me down!

That's what a second shirt is for!

Also, I have noticed it, i.e. Tommy Haas and as you stated, I wish some girls would play with out their clothes on either. I know I would lose and I wouldn't care because I would know the reason why my movement was hindered...

Obviously, you only hate because you haven't seen the light that is -- Chinese Federer

I play with my shirt off all the time as long as I am comfortable with the people I am playing against. I hate tans lines so I figure if I am out in the sun, I can kill two birds with one stone, have fun playing tennis and get a killer tan.

OP, nice generalizations. Fail.

So says the criminal sociopath!!!

I was playing on a court and then Chinese Federer came over and insulted my backhand before challenging me to a fight.

OK, that didn't happen, but it probably would have - you can't trust these guys without shirts and too much testosterone.

This has been a pressing concern for so many of us, thanks for getting the movement started. I think that the department of, you know, whatever, the appropriate department, would be very interested in learning about what's going on at the tennis courts these days. We should all sign an open letter of complaint.

i could try that...but then i end up going through 5 or 6 shirts...then that means, more laundry to do...it's much easier to play topless! plus no more farmer's tan...i mean, my tennis courts are next to a pool...lots of topless people there too! does it really matter?

Wear sunblock! Shirts dont prevent UV rays from reaching your skin anyways.

True. There are also some shirts that have an SPF rating.
I usually wear a hat to keep the sun out of my eyes.
I always put on sunblock, but sometimes go sans shirt.

Bareback surfing is way better than surfing w/a shirt but
you have to go early morning to avoid getting burnt. Just
harder to paddle w/a wetsuit. The wax does eventually
cause a mild rash, though.

Whenever I play sports outside, I never wear a shirt. I am OCD about having an even tan. I don't want that nasty-ass farmer's tan, lol. Not a big deal. Unless you are fat, then you should keep your shirt on.

It's not where, but who is playing next to me, that's the problem. He has three restraining orders by three diff. women. No bus. lic. and two diff. bus. names, contracting without a lic.! Drives red sports cars and tells you how rich he is. Slams into your back side in doubles when you are poaching. Bumps you on the change overs and acts like it was nothing, and your back hurts! Threatens the smaller and bigger guys alike. Parks in the handi cap zone and the red zone with his hood up. Calls the cops on you when you tell him to stay away from you, etc. Heading for prison!

Wow, you really are in Oakland, aren't you!

Hit the nail on the head. Hit the gym and then you can lose the shirt
