Nadal = Borg

Yes of course he does
How bout those guys with two hands on both sides who use the same side of the racquet for both strokes?
I think so. There's no one I've ever seen to compare him to. Everything about his game is unique, which is what makes it so exciting to watch. I can't think of one player that I would say, ""_____'s is just like Nadal's.
That's why I'm hooked. He is so original. It's hard to pick a favorite thing (he does so many), but one of the things that blows me away is the way the ball undulates as it's going across the net. It's spinning, revolving, changing direction, looking like it's going out... It is so awesome to see.
Yep only one person has taken a pure tennis stroke and twisting it all around to make something ugly out of it. Yep Muster would be proud though.in a sense... the unaestheticism of his strokes is unmatched in tennis history.
That's why you call them "those guys". It's one thing to have unique strokes it's another thing to have unique strokes that actually work,.
Nadal looks like he hits a trick shot on every stroke. It's insane.....no one can even attempt to teach those strokes.
really really hard not to smash the screen's computer when seeing this abomination.

Berasategui is one of the first names that come to mind when you think of unusual ball striking.
But this isn't the real question, is it? Yes, yes, we agree, Nadal is God's gift to tennis, which didn't even exist until his appearance.
Yes of course he does
For the young ones, here is Berasategui wiping the court with Goran at FO'94. About 3 min into the video clip there are a few slo-mo takes of his forehand:

Don't try this at home without the supervision of an adult.

I don't think you CAN go any western than that.why would you say wiping the court with Goran.
Berasategui never reached a final on any other surface but clay where he reached tons of finals.
Clay was obviously Gorans worst surface, he never won anything special on the surface.
Anyway Alberto´s forehand is the most weird looking i have ever seen.
I don´t remember anyone who had a more western grip than him, but i always loved to watch him play )

Alberto Berasategui's strokes were a lot more unique than Nadal's. He had an extreme western grip and hit both forehand and backhand with the same side of the racquet.
Nadal is unique.
So is anybody else.
Which means no one is unique. We only think we are.
If everyone is different, that means everyone is unique.
