Are the racquet sold at sports store chains, like Sports Authority or Dick's Sporting Goods, the same as the ones sold at tenniswarehouse or straight from the racquet company? I ask because I am looking to buy one from Dick's and I was lookingat it today and it feels the same but the specs are different. They are the same as the unstrung specs for the Wilson BLX Pro Open but it says "BASED ON UNSTRUNG RACQUET" inside the throat, which I have never seen before.

Why don't you just buy from TW? They are quick to ship, match prices, and offer free shipping over $75.
You know you'll get professional help from TW which is better than face-to-face when it comes to less than professional help at the other store.

Look the same....but feel different, with different specs.
They are big box frames licensed by the manufacturer. They are called SMU. An SMU is a "Special Make Up", usually in reference to a larger box store getting a special version of a product that no one else has.
