He's probably excited that his clothes will actually be sold to the mass public for the first time in years.

Nole was not actually there for the picture I'm sure. I hate it when athletes do that...

However, I am pretty sure he had his inputs in the whole campaign.
Serbia is one of a few countries targetted by this program, I am sure without him it would never happen. Some of you with stupid comments would never understand that...

FYI, the visit wasn't for the photoshoot and to be fair he never said it would have anything to do with his tennis line either. He visited Japan for the official presentation of the project launching (http://www.uniqlo.com/jp/news/topics/2012101601/) and some TV appearance, I suspect. There was a short kids clinic held by his request. In other words, the FB message was never for this board. Nonetheless undoubtedly it was a huge occasion for him. I get why some are disappointed by the news but he doesn't deserve any negative comment by any means.

Also this was a scheduled project from the moment they announced the sponsorship in May.

Gosh that is some of the worst photoshop work ever. If you're using that much frontal lighting, at least FAKE some real shadows.

Yeah, what a disappointment. Who cares about a great initiative by Uniqlo to help kids, they're not releasing Novak's clothing line! Imbecile, that Djokovic guy is.

I'm ashamed of some posters in this thread. Such ignorant and selfish comments. Absolute tennis nerd-ism at its finest.

We need online clothing sales for spoiled adults with first world problems, not silly fake charity stunts to cover up positive doping tests for spoiled rich athletes.

The fake photoshop just sealed the atrocity at hand.

Epic disappointment I can't buy a uniqlo bandana online. I have reached out to the Japanese premier and Richard Chamberlin for help.

Uniqlo must be held accountable for these vicious unjustifiable acts.

^Great post. Amazing use of the word, 'epic'. Finally, someone who 'gets it'. As Charles Barkley might say, White People Problems.

Joel, what can we do? I mean, raising awareness of this injustice is the first step. Thanks for taking it. But we've really got to go viral with this thing. We must. Together we can make a change.

They should concentrate only on selling stuffs, not charity work!

By the way, the group photo is not fake. Why do you guys keep saying it's photoshoped? Try to get your facts straight at least, before criticizing someone. This is the first screen that you would've seen, if you had visited the website. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYfKeSvfCkA
